DeckoAI is an AI-powered presentation generator. You provide prompts and descriptions, and our service uses artificial intelligence to generate slide content and images.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

• Presentations are generated using credits, which can be purchased or included with subscription plans
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Unused credits from purchases do not expire; subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

Important information about content generated by our service:

• No guarantee of accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for reviewing all content before use.
• No guarantee of uniqueness: Similar prompts may produce similar outputs for different users.
• Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use generated content, including ensuring it does not infringe on others' rights.

• Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts you provide and the presentations generated from them
• Our service: DeckoAI, including our templates, design, and technology, remains our intellectual property
• License to us: You grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the service

You agree not to use DeckoAI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate misleading content intended to deceive others
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse free tiers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

DeckoAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for content generated by AI or how you use it

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeckoAI from any claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes.
